Each tasting menu is born from the encounter between biodiversity, seasonality and carefully selected local ingredients, chosen to express a contemporary cuisine that weaves together the gastronomic traditions of Veneto and Basilicata. These roots become a source of inspiration, evolving into dishes that convey balance, elegance and identity.

Through three distinct culinary journeys, one of which is entirely vegan, the Executive Chef Donato De Leonardis guides guests on a gastronomic experience defined by harmonious contrasts, deep respect for ingredients and creativity.
